“Amazing service from mark. We phoned on the Friday evening and and our rabbit was picked up within a couple of hours and dropped back the next morning. We had a lovely little mahogany box with an engraved brass name plate beautifully done all within the price too. Mark also gave us a lovely card with a beautiful poem in for our loss on his return. “Its taken a week to write a review, as my heart was shattered last week at the sudden loss of my darling boy. I contacted you guys so late at night, to wake with a kind message and ask to call back when I could. Bearing in mind, mid “Covid-19″ Lock-down, my dear boy was collected within 2 hours and returned to me a few hours later. Collection and bringing him home was all done with such empathy and kindness, and consideration.
It made the whole awful situation so much easier and better.
The card made me cry, but with love. My boys casket is just beautiful.

Mark was very kind on our telephone conversation, he explained fully how the process would work and the various options available and what measures had been put in place to maintain the social distancing, nothing was too much trouble. Later on that day Kasha’s ashes were returned to us in a beautiful scatter tube along with a card and poem.
